Very helpful. Many countertops. Very agreeable to seeing specific slabs. They seem to contract through installers. Might be able to refer you to someone that can help install floors, countertops, tile, backsplash, etc.

MSI has a huge selection for stone counter tops! The staff is really helpful in finding you what you're looking for (materials, price point) and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you know what you're getting (tracking different slabs in the inventory, pulling slabs from the back of the warehouse for you to look at).Also, their website is really easy to use! I was able to spend some time looking online at different stone options before I visited the showroom, which really streamlined the whole process. I went to MSI as recommended by Home Depot, where I’m looking at getting my countertops from for a remodel project. MSI was AWESOME!! The gal at the desk took me to the showroom and explained everything. She was so great with showing me around, listening to my vision for our project, and giving me some ideas. She went above and beyond and exhibited the best in customer service! I would highly recommend anyone to go there and look at all they have to offer.
