If you have POTS, migraines, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, balance issues. You NEED to see Karen. Karen is FANTASTIC!! 1000000000000000000000000000/10 recommend. I truly feel she has helped improved my POTS and migraines substantially. Between the work I do with her, the chiropractor, my massage therapist, therapist, ketamine infusions, emgality, nerve block. I FINALLY have less migraines. I went from 20+ migraines a month to only a handful now. She really knows what she’s doing. Highly highly highly recommend.
I accompanied a stroke patient to therapy at Mn Therapy and Balance. I was very impressed with Karen’s knowledge, her genuine caring and her state of the art equipment. She helped my friend enormously with his balance and confidence!!
Karen has helped me understand the causes of my dizziness and I am feeling better after 2 months. I have been struggling with vestibular migraines for 5 years, and have seen multiple doctors and Physical therapists (including the National dizzy and balance center). Karen takes the time to ask questions and listens to your symptoms. She is extremely smart, caring, and wonderful to work with. She takes the time to help you and does rush you out the door. She has all the tools to help and will also help with the manual massage therapy which I have not found anywhere else. We are so lucky to have her in our community!
