I moved to Minnesota from Iowa and needed to find a new eye doctor. Moving to Kennedy Vision was seamless and easy, and I was able to get scheduled very quickly. The office in Plymouth was clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered my contacts through them and they arrived very quickly. I did see an update that they requiring all patients to do the Optomap exam, which is not fully covered by insurance (I believe it's a $39 copay for patients 18+). While this may be beneficial, I do with there was an option to stick with the basic exam that is covered. Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Kennedy Vision!

I used to live near Plymouth and 10 years ago and was an extremely happy customer with Kennedy Vision and Dr. Traverse. Since then, i moved out of state. I was traveling to Minneapolis for work and had a significant eye emergency and called into Kennedy. Their team got me in immediately to see Dr. Traverse and they helped with an immediate diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Traverse picked up from where we left off "just like it was yesterday". He and his staff were on top of my medical background and from a personal standpoint it felt like the 10 year hiatus never occurred.I was so pleased by their service and it was a blessing that they were able to help me. Optometry team and front desk were excellent. Responsive, caring, and professional. I gave one less than five stars due to my experience in the frame sales portion. My questions around warranty went unanswered. I wasn't given options about what types of nose piece fittings or arm joints I'd prefer on my frames, etc. Most of the focus was on the design of the glasses when I care more about functionality. At pickup two weeks later, the same staff in the frames section was unhelpful again. I wasn't happy with my frames, and they didn't match my recollection of those I actually picked out to order.
