Our young athlete has been participating in the Summer Youth Program and she couldn't have more fun! She has enjoyed the activities, approach to exercise, and the improvement of her overall agility. This program went above and beyond the goal of staying active this summer and helped her to build confidence and continue to nurture her competitive spirit! We look forward to many more sessions and trainings at Inspired Athletx.
My son has participated in Inspired Athletx’s Elite Performance Package and their QB Institute. Over the last 3 years he has gained strength, learned to move more efficiently, he’s increased his agility and improved his speed. Throwing under pressure and in motion has helped developed mental toughness and competitiveness. Trainers are excellent and make putting in the work fun.
I see Grant every couple weeks to patch me up as I do several sports that are hard on my body. He does a fantastic job loosening stiff joints / muscles and recommending various exercises to help strengthen weak points.
