Erik was thorough, objective, and communicated things clearly. He even arrived an hour early because the property was a 130 year old duplex (for no extra charge). We ended up rescinding our offer after the inspection. Sure, a little disappointing but more so a huge relief to be empowered with info to make an informed decision. Literally worth every dollar and would pay it again. Not only did we save ourselves from a potential long-term money pit, we learned a ton that we will use when looking at homes in the future. A ton of gratitude for Erik and Inspectech and would 100% want Erik to inspect future homes.
