We had a wonderful experience with Graham yesterday during our routine HVAC system maintenance. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable—and even won over all of our pets! What truly stood out, though, was something small but incredibly thoughtful. After finishing the service and pulling out of our driveway, Graham noticed that the trash service had just come by. He stopped, got out of his vehicle, and walked our trash can all the way back to our garage. We didn’t see him do it—only later noticed it on our Ring camera. To us, that simple act spoke volumes. Character is what someone does when no one is watching, and Graham’s actions showed genuine care and integrity. Thank you, Graham—not only for the excellent service on our HVAC system, but for reminding us that there are still good people out there doing good things.
We had an issue with our new build and Jaimie, came out himself to figure out why our AC was not working to it's capacity. He checked the actual unit and also was knowledgeable about manufacturing defects that could have affected it and fixed the piece it needed. I am so glad they didn't just brush us off and actually wanted to see what the problem was and corrected it. A true dishonest company would have taken our money to upgrade our unit as we had thought we needed to do but instead they have morals and true business practices. They have a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone.
