I used to use Fidelity. They were ok, but they used a "cookie cutter" approach to financial planning. Echo adjusted my portfolio and actively manages it. She helped me set up an HSA which is one of the few ways I can save tax free anymore. Additionally, she has made recommendations regarding my will, life insurance and other areas so when I leave this world, the process will be easier for my children. Overall, I'm in a much better position since she has been advising me.
