My cat has had some chronic GI issues and the staff at the clinic have been very responsive and helpful. They spend the time to review all the pros/cons of each treatment option along with the cost. I would not bring my cat anywhere else. They are a great practice.
I have been coming here for over 17 years. I will go no where else. The staff is so kind and each vet treats you like you are their only client. They were also very compassionate when I had to put my beloved Pumpkin to sleep a few years back. Highly recommend!
The staff at Cats Preferred is wonderful, and provide amazing care to my fur-babies (I have brought 4 different cats to them over the years). Dr. Boettcher not only cares about my cat, and providing him the best possible care, but cares about me as an owner. She is caring and compassionate, and I would pick her to take care of my kitties every day, and twice on Sundays. My cat has been going through some significant health issues over the last year, and she has been there every step of the way, with full transparency of the next steps and costs, and what solutions are available, especially when alternative medications were needed.
