The owner, Chase, was quick and responsive when I asked for a quote. I found the company via the YELP reviews and checked out his website. Quote was reasonable; comparable to the last company we used about 2-3 years ago. The windows definitely needed cleaning! He also worked with me on a scheduling request. Windows looked great, super clear, and he took the necessary time to ensure each was cleaned as well as screens and storms; sills were also wiped out. I got a few quotes from him on some possible paint jobs and crown molding since Chase also provides that. (He said he guarantees his work for two years.) Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly guy who seems dedicated to a work ethic of excellence.
