As a real estate agent, I had the opportunity recently to help a client pick out new flooring for their home. Off of a recommendation, we headed to Elite Tile, Tops & Flooring. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and service provided. They listened to the client’s wishes and criteria in flooring, and then provided some great options at a variety of price points. I will definitely be recommending them to future clients.

We had them install carpet that we had previously bought on an auction. Tim was helpful and friendly and they were willing to do that, which many of the Rochester stores wouldn't. Their bid was VERY reasonable and they were able to get us scheduled within a week. Jeremy, the installer, was very skilled, efficient and friendly. We love supporting local and would absolutely use them to install carpet again!

A huge thank you to Tim and his team at Elite Tile for the amazing remodel of our Master bathroom. The tile work is beautiful, the work got done in a timely manner, and we just couldn’t be happier with the finished product!! The first pics are of the new bathroom and the last three are the “before” pics. What an awesome difference.
