I called on a Wednesday morning for service. Bruce was out in less than 2 hours to diagnose the issue. After finding that I needed my A/C unit replaced, we scheduled the install 2 days later though I could have had it done the following day. In less than 3 hours, Bruce had the new system installed and running. It’s made a huge difference. I could not recommend North Country more. The service was prompt and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
I called Bruce after hours, he responded within 10 minutes, walked me through some tests over the phone and was very willing to help. He showed up the next day right away in the morning, sadly we needed a new furnace, and by 4pm we had a new furnace installed! We would definitely recommend him to friends/family and will use him again in the future!
I filled out the contact form on North Country website and within a couple min he called me and was at my house within 20 min on a Sunday afternoon. He checked out my furnace and it was a cracked heat exchanger. He gave me an estimate and had it installed the following day. Incredible response time and craftsmanship.
