This business is incredible. We worked with them twice already (in the last few years) for changing leaking windows and doors, and will work with them again for the same problem (all original windows of a very old house). Punctual, professional, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, reliable and responsive. Troy and Mike are absolutely exemplary. Their job has been simply perfection and they left the house clean and in order (despite quite disruptive jobs - and I am OCD)! I think this is one of best local companies we have worked with. The whole experience was awesome from picking out my new door to installation. Logan came to do our install, introduced himself and was very kind and courteous. He paid attention to the details to ensure our install was perfect!! The quality of the door is amazing. Mn. 1st Choice employees Jared and Steven are a couple of the best guys I've had the pleasure of working on my home. Jared explained to me the process of removing the front window and what would be done depending on what they found. In the mean time Steven just got to work. When the had to modify something like doing some cutting to make sure the window fit correctly Jared let me know. Where there was insulation lacking they filled it in. I was very impressed with their work ethic and how quickly they got the job done. ( About 3 1/2 hours ) And the were just over half the price of the other quote I got.
