We recently had our old 1985 steam boiler replaced with a brand-new high-efficiency system, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about Devon! From start to finish, the he was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and straightforward. If you’re looking for a heating company you can trust, this is absolutely the one. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the final result!

Very quick to respond when I reached out about my furnace not working. Was able to help diagnose the issue over the phone and got the part needed ordered that night. Arrived first thing the following morning and had my furnace up and running in less than an hour. Excellent work, very quick, and reliable. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Will definitely continue using Charp Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC needs!
