Had Kris/Critter come and work on a problem we had in our house. He went above and beyond anything i would have imagined to make sure it was fixed right. His boss Chris had also stopped by to help with the problem in the house and the two had exceptional team work. I would recommend Esser's to anyone; as well as making it my only place i would ever imagine calling with plumbing problems.......Thanks so much guys!! We had a "plumber" that didn't do his job the first time, and didn't return my calls to come back, so I had to look elsewhere.I checked online and found Esser Plumbing & Heating out of Perham. My request for a call back to answer questions about pricing was returned quickly. They were able to send someone the next morning to unclog the backed up main line and take care of the problem properly. The people I spoke to on the phone were super nice and very helpful. The service man that came to do the job was thorough and efficient, explained everything so I could understand and answered all my questions.
