We were very impressed with what Factory Home Center had to offer. We toured a number of homes at one of their open house events, and instantly fell in love with the Johnny B Goode model. Factory Home Center is different than other manufacturered home dealerships. They offer great packages that include delivery, set up, skirting, steps and central air unit. All appliances were included with the exception of a washer and dryer. You are included with other decisions when it comes to picking out color packages (inside and outside of the home,) placement of house and any other customizations that can be done. Jacob was a delight to work with. He comes with alot of knowledge and with excellent communication skills. We were kept up to date with the process and timing of the different steps in the whole process. These homes are beautiful, built well and come with a great and affordable price.
