We recently purchased the new Johnny B Goode model from Factory Home Center in Paynesville, MN after searching the housing market for a long time.
We were very impressed with what Factory Home Center had to offer. We toured a number of homes at one of their open house events, and instantly fell in love with the Johnny B Goode model.
Factory Home Center is different than other manufacturered home dealerships. They offer great packages that include delivery, set up, skirting, steps and central air unit. All appliances were included with the exception of a washer and dryer. You are included with other decisions when it comes to picking out color packages (inside and outside of the home,) placement of house and any other customizations that can be done.
Jacob was a delight to work with. He comes with alot of knowledge and with excellent communication skills. We were kept up to date with the process and timing of the different steps in the whole process.
These homes are beautiful, built well and come with a great and affordable price.

I want everyone to know that Voss plumbing is great. Yes, they may not be the least expensive but with experience, you get what you pay for. We have been using Voss for 9 years. Everything they fixed stayed fixed. We made the mistake of going with a 2 man business for our new furnace and duct work and had nothing but problems. We have had Voss come out and fix things right. Not only are they good at what they do but all the people are nice and easy to work with.
I have learned to stay with a company that knows what they are doing. I would recommend Voss to anyone.
