I had my first eye appointment today in 2 years because of COVID . The staff and everyone there could not have been more professional and kind! I will continue to go here! Thank you so much!!!

I have NEVER in this whole year of this pandemic been treated so poorly. I had the front lady disregard my medical condition about not being able to wear a mask and toss the mask at me and tell me rudely to just put it on for 2 seconds, It’s not gonna hurt you. You know nothing about me or my medical condition. And even after telling you that you would be calling an ambulance on me if I wear one you roll your eyes at me and tell me oh you’ll be fine just put it on. I took me and my whole family’s business else where. (This was the Park Rapids clinic)
