So I put a negative review on here a month or so ago because of a billing dispute. I got a refund check in the mail today from coles, along with a letter admitting said mistake. That takes real integrity for person/business to admit and correct a mistake. That is a very important quality that i judge a business on. Besides the fact they do excellent work. We had lost power to our outdoor shop while temperatures were below zero.
