I've used their service for years for my taxes and I've always been pleased. They've always been friendly and given me my results quickly. The thing that impressed me the most this year was the way they've conducted business during the Covid-19 crisis. They've moved to a new location that makes no contact service possible. They use drop boxes to give and receive paperwork and payment. Just call from their parking lot and they will have it ready, because they're right there behind the window. It's as safe and easy as one could expect during a difficult time like this.
