Horrible company! Does not care for your family at all!! Monet has horrible bed side manner and no communication or clarification on anything! They will drop you if you require them to do anything over the bare minimum! Also!!!! And a big also!!! They are liars! They said 2 of their employees got injured with my husband and are out on workman’s comp! I have cameras and it never happened! DO NOT TRUST! As soon as I complained they were immediately trying to drop us! And the first chance they got they dropped us! And why did they drop us you ask? I have had a great experience working at AHC. There has been great communication and follow up from management. The CEO has always got back to me, and is willing to help. Having a flexible schedule and reasonable drive time is great!

I hired accurate home care over 12 years ago for my child and have weathered through with them because I believe in their motto and care they have provided my child. The new CEO has been very open to communicate anytime I have contacted him. The communication with the staff has greatly improved and I have hope it will continue. I believe in the people who are involved in making Accurate a caring and quality home health service for those who need it. The nurses are amazing and hard working along with the rest of the staffers at Accurate. I will continue to support their growth and endure their growing pains with them as Accurate continues to grow and develop.
