We recently had our office network drive go down in the midst of our busy season. We originally brought our drive into the Buffalo Techmate location and worked with Charlie. After doing a little diagnostics on it, he decided to transfer it over to the Techmate for Business team. Andrew took over from there and worked quickly to restore our data and get a new drive installed in our office to get us back in working order. Their excellent communication and quick action to get us back up and running was such a relief! I'm so thankful I found Techmate for Business. I wish I could post this everywhere and yell it out to the world. Please go to techmate for ANY COMPUTER NEEDS. And for the love of god do not pay for a diagnosis at the big buck HP or Best buy.This wonderful team was on low staff and still made it a mission to be timely and make sure to get a correct diagnosis. They explained everything so I could actually understand, and never once made me question if they were taking me for my money like most tech and computer places do. FREE DIAGNOSTICS. And guess what? They are SUPER KIND AND HELPFUL. Did I mention efficient and in constant communication as well? I am not paid to write this I simply want to help spread the word about... read full review

Had them test my PC because it was acting up, they were honest and fair. Tower came back totally normal and working, turns out it was the power supply to my monitor that gave me the issues. I’d recommend them. Honest and fair. What you should look for.
