Amy changed my life. I didn’t have a great relationship with food and have already seen multiple nutritionist who put me on calorie/ macro limits. I was feeling quite down and didn’t know what to do because I thought I tried everything and knew everything there was to nutrition: from workouts to diets to non-diets.Thank goodness I saw one of Amy’s videos on Facebook detailing how there are no “bad” foods and to add to the plate instead of take away.
