I told him what happened and he agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster that would show up that Thursday. He went up on the roof with her and let me know he would be there to take care of things for us. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, step by step. He never promised anything that they didn’t deliver. They were finished in a day and a half and cleaned up everything. The workers were very professional and courteous. He gave us options came to our home a few times to triple check measurements and go over trim and color options with the installer. The install crew actually found warranty issues with a couple windows and took care of it all without us asking. Great service all around and excellent pricing. We got anderson series 100 windows for less than one other quote for off brand vinyl. Give them a chance before settling for some lesser product.“

Very bad experience. Even after contacting multiple times leaving voicemail issue has not been resolved via Max and than called the business directly was told I will get a call within a day but no response yet. No response of either text or calls. They talk big family owned we take care of customers etc but once money is paid all is gone. Very un professional.“

He was on top of everything, worked with insurance to verify what was being covered and what wouldn't be, he called/text during every step in the process so I knew what to expect and he checked in when everything was completed (noting our project was completed within a few weeks of the damage, AND ahead of schedule).
