We have only used CyberSecureMD once, but they have won first place, far above their competitors. Our skill set is minimal, which causes us a sense of frustration and vulnerability. These guys dealt with those issues as well as the functional application that had us stymied. They were professional, respectful, focused and service oriented. They took care of the issue quickly, without any hint of superiority. They offered practical suggestions to consider as we move forward, without upselling. Great experience.
I have found my new Computer Specialist! The Computer Guy MD saved my computer! What I thought was a routine tuneup turned into a virus removal. Marc was so easy to work with and was able to fix my computer within 24 hours. My computer is so much faster! I rarely write reviews but I feel like complimenting Marc Dahlquist (Computer Guy MD) for all the great work he's done for me. Computers are not my forte and I appreciate the way Marc treats me with respect and understanding. He completes his work in a timely and effective manner -- he really knows his stuff. He's knowledgeable, honest, fair, and reasonably priced. I'm truly thankful for Marc and highly recommend him!
