I have gone to Burn since 2019 when it opened and it’s the only place I’ll go! It’s an efficient 45 minute workout that pushes me in the best way! It’s such a wonderful community full of amazing and inspiring people!

I cant believe this place existed,as soon as I started my body started to change,I take pictures everyday of my body to see the difference,I'm amazed,I also love how included they make you feel,the encouragement and the high-fives everyone gives each other, the workout is intense and needed to make the change you need and also to reach your goal. The trainers are all amazing very well experienced welcoming and very helpful. I encourage people to join and see it for themselves.

Fantastic Coaches and wotkout schedules. Started with one month trial plan but the exercises and the group is amazing that I committed to a full year plan. Coaches are great at challenging you to help meet your goals!!
