Dr. Strzok was awesome with my bulldog Cinder. She has been having allergy issues for about 1 ½ years ( she is 2 ½). We were always at the vet for antibiotics and shots. The vet suggested I try a dermatologist. I looked up dermatologists around me and found that Haarstads can go to your vet office if it works or you can go to their office. I love that Dr. Strzok and her assistant Ashley got down on the floor and played and talked to Cinder. Cinder was not scared at all. She went over everything with me and gave me a great treatment plan and some great information. It has only been about 5 days, and so far, she is doing better.

Amy changed my life. I didn’t have a great relationship with food and have already seen multiple nutritionist who put me on calorie/ macro limits. I was feeling quite down and didn’t know what to do because I thought I tried everything and knew everything there was to nutrition: from workouts to diets to non-diets.Thank goodness I saw one of Amy’s videos on Facebook detailing how there are no “bad” foods and to add to the plate instead of take away. Then I saw more of Amy’s videos and knew I had to talk to her about my issues with food. Hands down, one of my best decisions is to work with Amy because even just a couple of months with her, the results are shocking.In our sessions, we talk about nutrition, ways to add veggies/ fruits to meals, myths, an example script of setting boundaries around food with others, giving myself grace, etc. She even researches (within the day) if protein drinks and green drinks could affect my meds to determine if they would interfere or not with the meds. The effort she puts in to help me understand myself and for her to understand my food behavior and me in general is amazing.I no longer count calories, I no longer want to count calories, I feel in control of what I eat, look forward to eating, have more self confidence, and feel more in control of my life. Amy changes my whole perspective on food and even exercise. I use to not want to workout and felt like I needed to. Now, I’m starting to want to move, run, etc. I feel more free.Through her kind, compassionate, and gentle approach, science based and researched facts, and bite sized advice, I’ve been able to transform my life and have a better relationship with food. I still have some days where I revert back to my previous thinking and when I catch myself, I remember what Amy taught and teaches. We have only used CyberSecureMD once, but they have won first place, far above their competitors. Our skill set is minimal, which causes us a sense of frustration and vulnerability. These guys dealt with those issues as well as the functional application that had us stymied. They were professional, respectful, focused and service oriented. They took care of the issue quickly, without any hint of superiority. They offered practical suggestions to consider as we move forward, without upselling. Great experience.

My makeup was done for some anniversary pictures we were having taken outdoors, and I couldn't have been happier! Unfortunately, my photographer canceled last minute, so there are no photos yet, but I will definitely request an appointment with her again when re-shoots are scheduled. My husband and I did have a nice date though.

I am feeling so good right now. I just had a mani/pani from Kevyn, and she did a fantastic job. I've been going there for 2 years now. Coming from Chicago, I had to find a good salon, and I did. I've had other techs at the shop before, and all did great. But today Kevyn was doing my pedi, and noticed a calis on my heel, I've noticed it also, but brushed it aside, well, Kevin removed it, no pain, no bleeding, just gone. She actually took the time to inquire about it, then removed it.
I love this place, I would recommend to anyone asking about a good salon. Coming from the Southside of Chicago, you know we need it done right, and the prices are good.

I just had a wonderful session of color and haircut with Breanna and I couldn't be more pleased. Cute shop. Great location. Easy parking. Most importantly, good, easy conversation! She knew how to make happen what I wanted and was very knowledgeable in hair care (which I didn't even ask for). To top it off, she offered a service which I needed but didn't know they offered.

I’m a retired army veteran and had been dealing with chronic pains in my lower back., hips, and neck for the past 18 yrs due to me being hit by an IED in Iraq Jan 2, 2006. I seen all kinds of doctors and therapist for it but nothing worked for me until recently when I met Linda, she promised that I would start feeling better after seeing her and WOW WOW WOW was she absolutely right. I drove an hour from where I live to have appointment yesterday with her best thing I’ve ever done was coming to see Linda. She is AMAZING and would highly recommend anyone out there with chronic pains to go request Linda she will definitely get feeling better and the staff is welcoming at front desk. I definitely will be going back. Thank Linda for getting me back to becoming pain free.
