Chris will take care of your project as if he was working on his own home. I witnessed him wanting to make the project correct and right as a higher priority than profits. He is amazing and what he does.

First time my wife and I built a home, we went with Chris as he had a higher standard of finishes and quality work done by his subs after walking through multiple builder's models/projects. Chris would go above and beyond in making sure work was done to code and in every minor detail perfected. Also, Chris was able to answer the thousands of questions we had as new construction rookies from bank advice, to finishes, to lot information. Enjoyed the process and was so pleased with his work, we have actually started another project with Chris Fritsch Custom Homes. Would recommend over and over again.
