“Highly recommend!!!! My A/C went out the day before the hottest day in summer after I tried to fix it myself. I didn't have the proper tools. I emailed them after hours (approx 7pm) and got a response soon afterward that they could be out the next day. A tech came and quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed within two to three hours of testing (and they were very thorough on testing everything). The tech also advised I was low on Freon which I told them to fill it up and my A/C has been awesome ever since. The tech was very polite and even wore plastic over their boots so they wouldn't get our house dirty, even tho we didn't care cuz we have pets that shed. I want home at the time but instructed my wife to give the tech a tip due to them being extremely efficient, being extremely polite as not to disrupt her work, doing an awesome job and at an extremely low cost for the work and testing that they did. I can't say thanks enough other than this review and the tip we gave the tech for the awesome work!!!! Thank you so much!!!“

We got a couple of quotes, including one through the membership services of a club retailer. The quote from Peak was comparable to the great membership deal, and we got better equipment!

The installation was great. Josh, Caleb, and Jason are courteous, professional, efficient, and genuinely the nicest guys.

We had a big job replacing the 30 year old furnace and AC units, and running new duct for our dryer. In the beginning of the installation day the space looked like chaos, but by the end they had the space looking awesome and in better shape than when they arrived. They gave us a great tutorial inside and out on the system and maintenance.

“Great experience working with this company. Tyler S was very knowledgeable and great at explaining what needed to be done. They also do not charge a DX fee. We had Hero come out for a second opinion. They charged $99 for DX. Hero had the same repair plan except Hero added a replacement piece under our laundry sink. Tyler said it didn't need to be replaced, just needed a seal and to be tightened. We decided to go with 1-800-Plumbing and Air because of Tyler's expertise and glad we did as he also saved us between $1500-$2000. I specifically asked for Tyler to do the work. He came right away, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. We also had to cut into the wall behind our washer and dryer which we thought we'd have to re-sheetrock, but he was able to keep the hole small so you can't even see it. I will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing and air needs.“
