“Where do I start! I walked in and told these beautiful woman I was getting married tomorrow and they gave me a two for one spray tan and all the things I needed for the best spray tan. As we were talking I mentioned I just chipped my nail. After the pleasant tan, Lexi walked me over to the nail salon and paid for my nail to be fixed! I was shocked from such kindness! Not to mention my fiancé left the push start key for the car with us so he was stuck parked 5 minutes away which would have been a 23 minute walk for us. We went back in to Totally Tan and Maddie was so very kind to drive us to him. I have never seen better customer service in my life! I even invited them to the wedding.? “Update: The manager called me to apologize and offered a free service for the inconvenience, so I am updating my review. I pay monthly to use the spray tanning at the Stillwater location, which I feel is broken or out of spray 50 % of the time I go in to use it. I recently asked to speak to a manager about the fact that the machine is broken so often and was told to call customer service. Additionally, several times when I have arrived at their opening time, they are not open (the last two times, someone arrives a few minutes after opening time and then I have to wait several minutes for them to get the register and machines turned on). Very unprofessional and lacking good customer service.“
