The store manager is great. Had car trouble while traveling. found this store. told them what the problem was. after talking to him. he was able to get it in. found out the problem. something that just happens with this type of car. Thank you so much

Had a great experience and would use Precision again. Engine light came on and took the car in thinking it was one thing and came out just needing an oil change-which was completely my fault for not taking it in sooner for an oil change. I kept putting it off for a long time (don't ask me how long) and the engine light finally came on and forced me to take it in. Lesson learned. Paid $142 for an oil change (diagnostic + oil change).Also, make your appointment as soon as you think you need to take your car in. Their earliest availability was almost 2 weeks out for me.

Great service at a price I can afford. Their staff of expert mechanics listens to me and works to make sure I’m satisfied. My MDX was experiencing tire wear two other alignment shops hadn’t corrected. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the problem is resolved and my car no longer plows down the road.
