We were recommended to this company by our realtor. Everything started out great. Austin (sales) was knowledgeable, helpful and generally prompt. Turnaround time was noted as “a couple weeks.” Once they had the signed contract in August, it took a nose dive just like another recent reviewer stated. It’s now nearly December and the project is not even on the books. I’ve spoken to at least 4 different people, sometimes the branch manager, Jamie. They each have a different excuse such as a product shortage, a truck is down, our scheduling employee quit, etc. But, it boils down to they seem to have secured a commercial contract and have sidelined all of the residential...read full review
