Do not use this firms services. You sign up for the service on a YEAR CONTRACT! Then you open your checkbook for the " ADDITIONAL ADD SPEND" Good luck. I am not a happy customer!
So I worked for this company for less than a month, fresh out of training and I had made 1 mistake that got me fired. Right after we got out of training I was having issues with my laptop, my mouse was just moving around on its own and even with my Bluetooth mouse unplugged it kept doing it. I couldn’t get much work done as any time I clicked it would drag webpages around, move around info on my excel forms, and then delete information so I had to work slowly and carefully. I had to deal with it for a week and a half before they were willing to send me a new pc, this is important for the later part of this story.
