M Health Fairview Clinic - Oakdale

Amazing Clinic! I see Dr.Trumm as my General Doctor. She is so kind and genuinely cares so much about her patients. Today her nurse Sara made me laugh and was so nice to offer getting an updated flu shot. Sara also kindly asked Kathy, ( one of the lab ladies) to come to the room to draw blood for my labs. I'm a big needle chicken. Kathy was super fast and so nice! She even brought me a juice box after. Thank you Fairview Oakdale!!

My family members and I have been patients at this clinic for many years. I've always had compassionate care by Dr. Hanson and his team. Tonight I had the good fortune to work with Jane K, a nurse on call. She was able to help me circumvent some procedural steps that enabled us to get my dad (also a patient here) started on a paxlovid regimen at least 20 hours earlier than their protocol was suggesting. Her compassion and ability to make a call to a very caring doctor (Hanson) put us on what I hope will be a shortened road to recovery! Thanks for taking the time and effort to treat us as if we were your family. Much appreciated.

Service more challenging under M Health Fairview. The app used to tell you what periodic exams or treatments were due when and I can't seem to find that anymore. You can no longer talk to your specific clinic. Been on hold for quite some time trying to find out what kind of appointment I need knowing I need an RX refill, but don't know if anything else like shots or tests are due. If that showed in the app I would know exactly what I need and could have quickly scheduled. Also my doctor left second time in about 5 years so starting over again.
