They took the time to answer my questions and the cost was reasonable. They had previously done good work for me as well, transferring content from an old Mac to the PC. I have found them to be competent, thorough, and trustworthy.I continue to have them give my PCs a tune up every year or so and I continue to be pleased with the work they do.
