We went through multiple contractors, either through the home warranty or through our own pockets, and all of them futzed with it and didn't fix it. BG came out, told us the hard truth (that the unit was shot) and worked with our home warranty to get it replaced. We ended up with a better unit, from a better brand, with better technology. And... The best part.... It's a year later, and I'm freezing in my home office! They're honest, diligent, and well worth using!“
