My husband and I both have Shari as our "go to" for helping us get back when something painful happens. Yesterday, I was turning to help my dog and pulled something between my shoulder blades. OUCH! It hurt to even breathe. I was so worried as I was supposed to teach a fitness in the morning. Shari Setchell went the extra mile to get me in and worked true MAGIC! I went from it hurting so bad I was in bed with a heating pad most the day to, after one hour, relaxed and almost pain free! She does amazing work and seems to have an intuition and gut instinct to understand what is happening for me physically and how she can help. SUPER impressed and filled with gratitude. My husband has had pain that was becoming unbearable in the past, and she fixed him up too! So recommend going to Shari!!
