Nick and Nate were prompt, courteous, and did a great job installing our chimney! They had to work outside in the snowstorm. They waited to make sure everything was working as it should. Thanks guys!
Countryside technicians have been maintaining the furnace & air conditioning at my house for over 5 years & always do a great job. They are professional, knowledgeable, highly skillful, friendly, & communicate clearly. I would recommend Countryside to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance.
PSA: make sure your small children don't throw rocks in your exhaust pipes!
Very thankful to CRH for coming out to my house 2 days in a row to inspect my short cycling furnace. After replacing 2 failing parts the furnace STILL wouldn't stay on. They poked around for a couple more hours, called for backup and the problem persisted.....turns out my toddler had stuffed a pipe-size rock into the exhaust, completely blocking the air.
After all this time I was terrified of what the labor costs would be, but the service manager was super nice and said they would just charge the service call fee + parts & labor for the installed... read full review
