I had Rapid response out to install a new boiler, and they were fantastic from start to finish! Which was a two day process going from an old cast iron to a high efficiency. Answered my 700 questions without hesitation, everyone was very super nice and professional as well! They also noticed we were needing a new water heater and took care of that right away for us as well!

Had some pipes freeze up on us and they were at our house within the hour, got everything taken care of. Excellent response and great technician
