Calls me end of June saying I need to come see them asap to avoid being dropped as a patient because I haven't been there in 2 years. Agreed to July 25th as a day I could make the drive to go there. Show up at the time that was agreed to over the phone that I put in my calendar only to find out that whoever the moron was that called me set the appointment for July 25th 2025.
Absolutely no effort was made to accommodate me. Basically told me too bad so sad.

Service is terrible. Got there early due to another doctor appointment in Willmar, was told I would have to wait until scheduled time. The problem I have with that was I waited twenty minutes, no one came or went, then people came in and they were called in. If they weren't seeing anyone why did I need to wait.
