After a hailstorm Pat interfaced effectively with the insurance company and then communicated clearly with his roofing (Will) and siding (Vadim) teams to get the work done thoroughly and well. I'm grateful for the beautiful job they did on my house. They efficiently deal with surprises also. The roof unexpectedly had a wooden plank decking with gaps that needed to be reinforced with plywood which was taken care of quickly. Everyone was pleasant and professional and they clean up completely when finished.“

“Wright-At-Home Services Sales Manager Rafael came out to look at our roof and give us an estimate for a nail pop repair. Since it was a small job, he went right up and did the repair that day. He also inspected our roof for any possible hail or other damage. In summary, Wright-At-Home Services provided a fair estimate, were very professional, friendly, informative, and even gave a suggestion to have me file a claim with the shingle manufacturer on some shingle tears that he found.“

“I first called John last winter when my roof developed bad ice dams. I’ve had some experience with them at my previous home. Back then I could shovel the whole house myself but unfortunately my new home is a tad bit more difficult. As he claims, he answers his phone all the time. Within a day John and his crew came out and did a phenomenal job removing the snow. Last year there was a hail storm and I thought why not have John take a look at it in the spring. He came out and confirmed that there was damage as I suspected. I called my insurance company and they set up a meeting with John. Unfortunately, my insurance company initially denied the claim. John and his partner Jerry worked tirelessly with my insurance company and finally after three months realized that there was damage and my roof was approved. Once approved John himself and his team were working. They started on a Saturday morning worked tirelessly until 8pm returning Sunday morning and finished around 3pm. John’s crew was professional, Courteous and thorough. I’m not sure why there have been some poor reviews but all I can say after being a homeowner for over 30 years in the cities and have had my roof replaced 3 times at my previous home with less than acceptable results I’m completely overwhelmed by John Haley Roofing. John was present and active throughout the process. John even went above and beyond by getting atop the roof helping and directing from start to finish.“

Very bad experience. Even after contacting multiple times leaving voicemail issue has not been resolved via Max and than called the business directly was told I will get a call within a day but no response yet. No response of either text or calls. They talk big family owned we take care of customers etc but once money is paid all is gone. Very un professional.“
