We love PHPH. We have a really shy and nervous dog and the staff is so patient and accommodating with her. Our dog recently got spayed and I can’t even express how appreciative I am with their follow up care. They called the next two days to make sure she was recovering ok and were also extremely responsive to our emails. Special thanks to Dr. Gale and Dr. Biele for taking such great care of our dog Korra!

Just wonderful staff here. My family made this our regular vet after moving to the area two years ago. A few weeks ago our cat had some major issues that resulted in us having to send her on. Through the whole process they were informative about our best options, transparent with costs and what made sense for us, and in the end kind and reassuring that we were making the right decision. I couldn’t recommend the team here enough.

I wish 6 stars was an option for PHPH because I feel like 5 stars doesn’t do this place or the staff justice. I have been there more times than I can count on my hands over the last month due to some fairly significant issues with my pets but I have left this place blown away every single time. The care and compassion their staff shows from the minute you call to the time you leave is second to none. I have received great care from all the vets at the facility. I have been working closest with both Dr. Biele and Dr. Peterson recently to heal my dogs and I couldn’t ask for anything more. They are truly amazing and I’m so lucky to have them care for my pets.
