Mike came out today to help us, after we arrived home to a leak under our crawl space. He and his partner were actual heros! They immediately found the leak and came up with a plan. They were able to fix the leak today and then come back in a week to fix the problems that required the city to shut off our water. After fixing the leak they found another! While bypassing the second leak which was within an area that required the city water to be shut off, There was a complete failure at the water meter. They managed to prevent our entire basement from flooding while the city scrambled to arrive and shut off the water. Since the water was shut off they fixed all of the issues today! The price was fair. The work was clean and fast. The extra effort and quick thinking given to prevent further damage to our home was above and beyond. Thank you to Mike and the team!
I've had a positive experience with this company. When you are in need of service, someone answers the phone immediately and you are given a definite date and time window. I've called smaller companies and have gotten dropped into a voice mail box not knowing when or if I was going to get a call back. Getting a live representative on the phone is huge. This is the third service call I've had with Paul Bunyan, and I am satisfied with the quality of the work done. The technician I had explained things well, was personable, and easy to get along with.
