The Lab at North Memorial-New Hope is awesome. Mary, in particular, is great at drawing blood with no discomfort to me (I have small veins and this is not always an easy task). The Lab technicians are the best.
I have had Josh Loew, P.A. as my primary physician for a couple of years, and his care has been top-notch. He listens well and seems to be in touch with the latest treatments.
I appreciate that I can get an appointment in a timely manner, and the location is very accessible.
I have been extremely pleased with this office and their care for 24 years. Sometimes they have experienced shortages of personnel, but that's not the office 's fault,, the owner/corporation does the hiring. Remember the office person is just that, not a doctor,and even though they SHOULD be a nice face for the office - but everyone has a bad day. Was there a good reason you showed up just before closing? If so, did you communicate that?
