Matthew left my upholstery darker than he found it (it's light colored), charged me significantly above the rates on his website, told me he'd come back and fix it but never did and stopped answering calls and texts, and lost hose clamps for the water connection he used in my laundry room and tried to tell me to find it and hook it back up for him.Run. Run far away from this man.

Unprofessional and racist. Landlords hired him. They had agreed upon a price. Almost immediately after the landlords left he came asking for more money. I told him I could email the owners. They said he needed to call them. He said they are cheap Chinese people. Tried extorting $50 from my mother in law on the way out. I had to throw him out. Left mess in the driveway.

The quality of work is poor. The carpet still smells of dog odor after the first clean. Called him back and he started showing me his temper tantrums. Extremely rude and highly unprofessional.Services: Pet stain & odor removal
