Very helpful at answering all our questions. Liked that they are a reputable company if we would have any questions beyond install. Liked that there were options to fit our ideas and budgeting.
Paul was very professional and knowledgeable with the product at hand. Walking through the house while taking measurements, he took a close look at the stools on the windows and pointed out which ones that needed to be replaced during the installation and which ones that needed a touch up only (Only one needed to be replaced). In the front of our house we have 3 crank windows that don’t get used, and we decided to change them to a picture frame. Paul suggested a large picture frame rather than the 3 narrow windows, I was a little worried that the price would be higher going that route but it saved us $1600.
