I called late in the day on Monday and Chris arrived promptly on Tuesday afternoon. Chris could have told me I needed a whole new softener. Instead, he figured out one of my toilets was constantly running. He also could've sold me a bunch of new parts for my toilet. Instead, he was able to remove the sediment and shorten the chain.
