Do not bank with this bank. They put a 7 day hold on a check I deposited leaving me with 6 overdraft fees. Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I'm deep in the negatives now. Thanks a lot.... One of my 'go tos' for US Bank Branches. Customer service is always a gold star great. Not always the most time efficient but I always leave having a good experience. I've never had a 'poor interaction' with any of the staff. Staff is always genuine, polite, friendly, and professional. As much as a hassle as it can be going to the bank, I know the staff with help me get in and out as quickly as they can. All while having a genuine smile and quality small talk with me during our interaction. This is the WORST BANK I have ev er been at. Although the tellers at the windows are pretty nice and friendly, those sitting "personal bankers" could use some customer service lessons. I am new in town and had to open a new account with them since my old bank is not in the Mspls area. I was suprised with a returned check from them due to their new account policy, "where they hold any non U.S bank depositing check for a week!!" I deposit my paychecks every week on thursday, but they only allow first 200 $ available and the rest they hold it for a week!
