After talking to Hanna in the office about a carpet issue, she asked a few questions and then scheduled the appointment. Jeff, Jake and Warren were the ones that handled the task. Everyone was very prompt, professional and courteous.I can't recommend Rainbow enough for a job well done.

Rainbow Restoration Shoreview helped me out with some water damage recently. They were prompt to come out and assess the damage and helped me work through insurance. While it took some time to get everything back to normal, they made sure everything was done to expectation. Their staff are friendly and addressed my concerns without issue.
