I’ve used John’s Sewer about 6 times now at the 92 unit apartment building where I work. They’ve always showed up promptly and do the job at a reasonable price. Today Jason showed up quickly, fixed the drain and left the area he worked cleaner than it was when he got there. Definitely recommend.

Called John's sewer to address a mainline backup I was having. They were able to get on-site fast and address the problem. The tech also found a problem in your line that would require work to be done to repair that was outside of their scope. He found a broken gate valve that was missed by other companies that have been out in the past clearing tree roots out. Was given a great recommendation for a company to come out to dig down and repair the issue. Tech also provided a ton of knowledge of how the system should be.

Mike was at our home very quickly from the first call to the company. He cleaned the drain and made sure that everything was draining properly. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
