Without hesitation I would recommend her to any of my friends! Frankly, I was terrified at my first session, but Tracy worked at my pace with patience, kindness, and did not push anything on me. Also, the staff at Permanent Choice have always been pleasant to work with.I would not recommend Permanent Choice for those with tan golden or darker skin and would recommend finding a better laser more suited for that skin type.“

“I've been to many threading places before and I'm used to a certain set up: run and operated by South Asian women, you go in and it hurts a small amount, it takes under ten minutes and usually costs ten dollars, and they do a fine job. The threading I got here was the softest and most intricate threading I ever had, so if you're sensitive to pain this would be the place to go. Of course, you have to pay way more than at most places. I'm not white, so I'll probably not go here again, but it was nice.“

“Would recommend highly! 95 year old mother in pain and this place is above any other place! Years of rashes that were unbearable to see! She hasn't looked so good for so long! Try them first not last!!!“
“Not enough positive things to say for this place. I went in for a consult on a red spot that had been present following acne, and I didn’t like the way it looked. I knew I had skin issues here and there, some dry patches that bugged me, but all I wanted was Dr. Pierre-Louis’ opinion on what to do with the red spot since it had been resistant to any treatments. She evaluated me and told me I had inflammation that I needed to get under control. I truly was shocked and didn’t believe her at that point, I had gone my entire life looking like this, and now for the first time I am being told I have inflammation. She was thorough in explaining cause, how to manage, and what the treatments would entail—follow her routine, return in two months to get the red spot zapped with a laser if it still hangs around. I went home and started and learned she was 100% correct and I had inflammation. Her simple recommendation and treatments changed my skin immediately. It was beyond just appearance, my skin genuinely felt so smooth and calm for the first time in my life. I returned to have my red spot removed, and due to an insurance change I was no longer covered. Dr. Pierre-Louis worked with me to make sure I could get the treatment, she did it, and it worked. Needless to say, I will be coming to her clinic regardless of my insurance coverage because she and her incredible staff are worth seeing. Dr. Pierre-Louis is a high quality doctor and person.“
